Answer To open a trade account, please select the "Register Free Account" at the top of the website and complete the Request a trade account form. Once we have reviewed your details we will contact you via email to notify you of the outcome of your registration.

Answer There is currently no minimum order value. For any orders to be placed, we do require you to have a trading account with 11Scent.

Answer To place an order, first we'll need you to sign in. Once you have successfully signed in navigate to the "Order Form" page. Once you have visited the order form, please select the products you would like to add to your basket. You can use our filter area to navigate to products seamlessly. Once you have added the products you'd like to purchase, please continue to the checkout page and fulfill your order from there.

Answer Fragrance, nail polish and a number of other products sold by 11Scent are classed as hazardous by the UN and it is a legal requirement to have a dangerous goods note for the transit of these products over seas. If your order contains any products classed as dangerous then a dangerous good note will be required for transit across water. We will prepare these on your behalf free of charge. 11Scent transports all hazardous freight in line with the regulations as set out in the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR agreement) and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code (IMDG Code). For more detailed information on ADR and IMDG, please visit the Health and Safety Executive website at: www.hse.gov.uk/cdg/manual/regenvirnment.htm#IMDG *A “hazardous product" is any solid, liquid, or gas that can harm people, other living organisms, property, or the environment. These dangerous or hazardous goods are classified by the UN.

Answer A certificate of shipment is a document relating to export orders and is required by Customs and Excise to track the journey of goods into and out of the country. 11Scent requires a copy of the shipment of goods as confirmation your order has left the country. Answer We make every effort to ensure that the products you receive are in excellent condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged please contact the Customer Team by phone upon receipt of the order. We do not accept orders on a sale or return basis.
